Terms of payment are within our sole discretion and unless agreed to by BatteryOnePlus.com. Payment must be received by BatteryOnePlus.com prior to BatteryOnePlus.com's acceptance of an order. BatteryOnePlus.com is not responsible for pricing, typographical or other errors in any offer by BatteryOnePlus.com and reserves the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors.
Return and Refund
Customers can contact BatteryOne+ via live chat or email for help when returns happen.
All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)# upon receipt of your order. Orders within 30 days from the date of shipment can request an exchange or a refund. If the products turn out to be defective (physical damages and damages caused by incorrect usage excluded) after 30 days and within 90 days since shipment, customers can only get a replacement from BatteryOne+. After 180 days from the shipment date, customers will still be allowed to send the defective unit back to BatteryOne+. We will help forward the item to the manufacturer for repair. If the item is un-repairable after being checked by manufacturer, BatteryOne+ will send it back to customers.
The batteries and adapters supplied by our Company if not mark as [Original] are [replacement for] sold for use with certain products of manufacturers, and any reference to products or trademarks of such companies is purely for the purpose of identifying the manufacturers with which our products [are replacement for] may be used. Our Company and BatteryOnePlus.com are neither affiliated with, authorized by, licensed by, distributors for, nor related in any way to these manufacturers, nor are the products offered for sale through our Website manufactured by or sold with the authorization of the manufacturers with which our products [are replacement for] may be used.
